敏感肌的深層清潔救星？我的實測分享 (MY THOUGHTS)
每次講到深層清潔面膜，好多有玫瑰痤瘡或者皮膚極容易敏感嘅 Baby 都會覺得好頭痕。因為市面上大部分嘅泥狀深層清潔面膜，清潔力太強，敷完容易抽乾水分，對脆弱嘅皮膚嚟講實在太過刺激。
如果你正因為咁而一直唔敢做深層清潔，今日想同大家分享一款性質非常溫和嘅選擇——Neogence 霓淨思竹炭潔淨黑凍膜。
有別於傳統泥膜：竹炭凍膜的溫和原理 (THE REALITY)
佢同一般望落乾爭爭嘅泥膜 (Clay mask) 完全唔同。佢嘅質地係「啫喱凍膜 (Jelly mask)」，主要利用裡面嘅竹炭成分去吸附毛孔污垢。

首先要釐清，如果你係普通健康膚質，我建議你直接買傳統嘅深層清潔泥膜。 因為比起呢款凍膜，傳統泥膜嘅清潔力一定會更強、更徹底。
但如果你係玫瑰痤瘡、皮膚極易敏感、或者完全用唔到傳統泥膜嘅人，呢款 Neogence 竹炭黑凍膜會係一個好好嘅溫和替代品。

When it comes to deep cleansing masks, many of you with rosacea or highly sensitive, reactive skin often tell me you struggle to find the right product. Most traditional clay masks on the market are too drying or stimulating for fragile skin types.
If you have been avoiding deep cleansing for this reason, today I want to share a very gentle option with you all—the Neogence Deep Cleansing Black Jelly Mask.
JELLY VS CLAY: WHY IT WORKS FOR SENSITIVE SKIN (THE REALITY)
Unlike your typical drying clay mask, this is a jelly mask with a bamboo charcoal base. The charcoal works to deep clean the pores, while the jelly texture ensures the mask doesn’t dry out and crack on your face.
This texture keeps the skin cool during application, making it a much safer and more comfortable choice for skin prone to irritation or rosacea.
After leaving it on for 20 minutes and washing it off, the skin looks visibly brighter and the pores are cleaner. I wouldn’t say it leaves the skin feeling highly hydrated, but it definitely doesn’t leave it dry or tight—it simply feels normal and comfortable.

Let me be clear: if you have a normal skin type, go for a regular deep cleansing clay mask. The cleansing results from traditional masks will be much stronger.
However, if you have rosacea, skin allergies, or skin that is easily prone to irritation, this jelly mask is a fantastic, safe alternative.
To be honest, I found this product before I discovered my absolute favorite—the [esse Clay Mask]. While I enjoyed using this Neogence mask, I won’t be repurchasing it. The esse Clay Mask is also great for sensitive skin (you only need to leave it on for 5 minutes) but offers much stronger cleansing power.
