老實講，我覺得佢同「保濕」呢兩個字完全扯唔上關係（笑）。
佢嘅質地係非常純粹嘅粉霧感。當你搽上咀嗰陣，唇膏本身嘅觸感已經偏乾。以我自己嘅體驗嚟講，搽完大約一個鐘之後，雙唇已經開始感覺到乾燥。所以，如果你喺度搵緊一支保濕潤澤嘅唇膏，請直接避開呢個系列！

When it comes to matte lipsticks, the MAC Powder Kiss range has always been highly popular. The brand promises a “Hazy Matte” finish, “10-hour hydration,” and a formula that “blurs and smooths lips.”
I picked up one of their most popular shades—931 Teddy 2.0. Today, I want to break down my findings and see if this lipstick actually delivers on that hydration claim.
THE REALITY CHECK: IS IT ACTUALLY HYDRATING? (THE REALITY)
To be completely honest, this lipstick has absolutely nothing to do with hydration (LOL).
It features a very powdery finish. Upon application, the lipstick itself feels quite dry due to its matte nature. From my experience, my lips definitely feel dry after just one hour of wear. If you are looking for a hydrating lip product, you should definitely skip this line.
However, it doesn’t get dry to the point where it actually hurts your lips. It remains quite comfortable and weightless—you easily forget it’s even there for the first three hours. But around the fourth hour, the dry lines on my lips start to show up. That is my cue to wipe it off completely and reapply.
THE SHADE SAVIOR: THE BEAUTY OF TEDDY 2.0 (THE COLOR)
Despite the lack of moisture, I still quite enjoy wearing this lipstick, and it all comes down to the gorgeous shade: Teddy 2.0.
It is a beautiful, soft nude that looks incredibly natural on the lips. I personally love how the blurry matte finish complements this specific color, making it look effortless for daily wear. Since I am personally okay with my lips feeling slightly dry, I still use it regularly.
In terms of longevity, the color lasts well for 3-4 hours without any issues. It fades slightly when you drink water, but the overall pigment holds up very well.
