啫喱質地與手背卸妝力表現 (TEXTURE & CLEANSING POWER)
官方主打佢係「水包油」嘅啫喱質地。了出嚟望落的確幾友善，推開嗰陣唔會覺得超級油，質感係唔錯嘅。
不過講到卸妝力，佢真係比較慢吞吞。我在手背上塗了粉底、眼線筆、睫毛膏和唇膏來作測試，你推兩下佢係絕對唔會甩嘅，你需要花比較長嘅時間不停按摩，啲頑固彩妝先至會慢慢溶。以今時今日嘅卸妝標準嚟講，佢嘅卸妝效率真係猛掹緊。
舊式洗後殘留感 (THE RESIDUE NIGHTMARE)
加水乳化之後，惡夢就開始啦！過完水就算用毛巾印乾，你都會明顯 feel 到有一層嘢「笠」住喺皮膚表面，就好像有層膜包覆住咁，甚至連手背上嘅水珠都係原封不動。
官方可能想主打「洗完唔乾」，所以刻意留低一層油分喺皮膚度。但對於我嚟講，呢種過完水好似洗唔乾淨、有一層嘢留喺皮膚上面嘅感覺，真係非常「舊式」，就好似用緊阿媽年代嗰啲古董 Cleansing Balm 咁。如果我本身係乾肌都未必鍾意，更何況如果你係油肌或者混合肌？呢層殘留感對你嚟講負擔一定大！
致命傷：眼睛痕癢過敏 (THE FATAL FLAW: EYE IRRITATION)
卸妝慢、洗完有殘留感我都算（反正之後都會用洗面膏 Double Cleanse），但真正令我擰頭放棄嘅，係佢引發嘅不適。
我連續用咗佢兩個星期，發現眼部開始覺得好痕癢。我起初都唔知點解，後來排查一下最近轉過咩 Product，唯一轉咗就係呢個卸妝啫喱。結果我一停用佢，對眼就即刻無再痕！所以非常肯定，呢款產品同我真係「時辰八字唔夾」。

總括嚟講，我完全唔推薦呢款產品！
今時今日市面上大把實淨豐盈嘅 Cleansing Balm，推開好快溶妝，過水後乾淨舒服無殘留，而且絕對唔會令皮膚反乾。相比之下，Fresh 呢個卸妝啫喱洗後殘留感太重，卸妝又慢，還搞到我眼痕，我覺得可以直接 Pass！

【ENGLISH VERSION】FRESH SOY CLEANSING JELLY BALM REVIEW: THE RESIDUE NIGHTMARE & EYE IRRITATION
If you follow my channel, you know I used to absolutely love the Fresh Soy Face Cleanser. So, when I saw they released this new Fresh Soy Cleansing Jelly Balm, I blindly bought it the moment it hit Sephora shelves without even testing it first.
However, this blind buy turned out to be a complete disaster that totally clashes with my skin! Today, let’s break down why I banished this product to the back of my drawer after just two weeks of use!
TEXTURE & HAND CLEANSING POWER (TEXTURE & CLEANSING POWER)
The brand highlights this as a “water-in-oil” jelly formula. When you take it out, the texture actually looks quite friendly. It doesn’t feel super oily when you spread it, and the jelly-to-oil transition feels nice initially.
But when it comes to cleansing power, it is extremely slow. I applied foundation, eyeliner, mascara, and lipstick on the back of my hand to test it out. Swiping a couple of times does absolutely nothing. You have to spend a long time constantly massaging it for the stubborn makeup to slowly melt away. By today’s cleansing standards, its efficiency is just barely scraping by.
THE OLD-SCHOOL RESIDUE (THE RESIDUE NIGHTMARE)
The real nightmare begins after you add water to emulsify and rinse it off! After rinsing and patting my hand dry, I could clearly feel a thick layer of “stuff” clinging to the surface of my skin. The water droplets would literally just stand still on top of it.
The brand probably wanted to ensure the skin doesn’t feel dry, so they intentionally left a layer of oil to coat the skin. But for me, this feeling of an unrinsed, lingering film is incredibly “old-school.” It feels exactly like using those ancient cleansing balms my mom used to own. Even if I had super dry skin, I wouldn’t like this feeling. If you have oily or combination skin, this heavy residue will be an absolute burden!
THE DEALBREAKER: EYE ITCHINESS (THE FATAL FLAW: EYE IRRITATION)
I could have tolerated the slow makeup removal and the heavy residue (since I double cleanse anyway), but the real dealbreaker that made me shake my head and give up was the physical discomfort it caused.
After using it consistently for two weeks, my eyes started getting incredibly itchy. I didn’t know why at first, but after doing an elimination check on my recent skincare changes, this jelly balm was the only new addition. I stopped using it immediately, and the eye itchiness vanished! It just proves that this product and I are completely incompatible.

In conclusion, I do not recommend this product at all!
Nowadays, there are so many excellent cleansing balms on the market that melt makeup instantly, rinse off completely clean without any residue, and never leave your skin feeling tight or dry. In comparison, this Fresh jelly balm leaves a heavy film, removes makeup slowly, and gave me itchy eyes. Just pass on this one!
