首先，我必須要大讚佢嘅包裝設計！用過卸妝膏嘅朋友都知，入面附送嗰隻小匙羹通常好容易跌或者整唔見。但 RMK 呢款嘅設計非常聰明，佢隻匙羹係直接卡喺蓋嘅內側，用完啪返上去就搞掂，絕對係一個超加分嘅 Detail 位！
質地方面，佢係一種非常軟身嘅 Balm 狀，好容易就可以𢳂出嚟。因為質地夠軟滑，搽上面之後非常容易推開同按摩，推兩推就會迅速溶化成油狀，摩擦力極低，唔會拉扯到皮膚。
強大卸妝力與乳化過程 (CLEANSING POWER & EMULSIFICATION)
講到卸妝膏嘅核心——卸妝力，佢嘅表現係非常出色嘅。溶成油狀之後，佢可以好輕易咁將面上所有彩妝卸走，就連出名難搞嘅防水睫毛液同埋持久度極高嘅唇膏，佢都一樣可以卸得乾乾淨淨！

When we get home after a long day with a full face of makeup, removing it properly is the most important step! If you are a fan of cleansing balms, you might have noticed the highly discussed RMK W Treatment Cleansing Balm.
Since the price is not crazy, I bought it to put it to the test. I was genuinely surprised by its texture and cleansing power, but I discovered a “fatal flaw” that gives me a massive headache! Let’s break down whether this cleansing balm is worth your money.
BRILLIANT DESIGN & SOFT TEXTURE (DESIGN & TEXTURE)
First of all, I have to praise the packaging design! Anyone who uses cleansing balms knows that the little spatula they provide is incredibly easy to drop or lose. But RMK’s design is brilliant—they give you a spoon, but it is attached to the inner part of the lid. You just snap it back in after use so you never lose it. That is a huge plus!
As for the texture, it is like a very soft balm, making it incredibly easy to scoop out. Because of its soft balmy texture, it is very easy to spread out and massage onto the skin. It quickly turns into an oil, creating very low friction so you aren’t tugging at your skin.
POWERFUL CLEANSING & EMULSIFICATION (CLEANSING POWER & EMULSIFICATION)
When it comes to the core function—cleansing power—it performs exceptionally well. Once it turns into an oil, it removes everything nicely. Even stubborn waterproof mascara and some heavy-duty staying lipsticks are completely melted away!
However, you should take note of its emulsification process. When you add water to emulsify, it does take a bit longer than other cleansing balms to completely wash off with water. But don’t worry, once it is rinsed off, it doesn’t leave a greasy feeling at all. Your skin feels soft to the touch and still feels very lightweight.
THE OVERWHELMING SCENT (THE FATAL FLAW)
Great texture, removes makeup cleanly, and reasonably priced—sounds perfect, right? But (there is always a but), I have one major pain point that I simply cannot ignore: the scent is just too strong!
It features a “citrus floral scent.” Now, I love citrus scents myself, but the fragrance in this RMK balm is so overwhelming and aggressive that it is even too strong for me, and I simply don’t enjoy the experience.

Objectively speaking, if we solely evaluate its makeup removing performance and price, it is a great product. But skincare and makeup removal should be an enjoyable process; if the scent makes you uncomfortable, it is hard to use it every day.
If you are someone who dislikes strong scents, or if you are a non-citrus lover, I highly recommend you definitely skip it! However, if you are a strong scent lover and want a rather affordable cleansing balm with great removing power, this could still be an okay choice for you.
