暫時因為疫情關係還未可以到日本一遊，所以就在香港找找不同的日本餐廳止一止渴！ 同事建議這家在香港中環的日本料理 – Amazake，她說跟朋友去了幾次感覺蠻好，所以我又拉Mr Honey跟我來試試再同大家分享！
Due to the Covid-19 issue, we still couldn’t travel to other places (aka Japan), so the entertainment for now is to locate and try different Japanese restaurant and pretend that we escape the issue for a moment! My colleague recommended Amazake in Central, she said she had been with friends for a few times and it was quite nice, so I dragged Mr Honey along and gave it a go!
起初在Open Rice看到其他人的comment是上菜好慢，我還有些擔心，但是我們那天又覺得上菜時間剛剛好（我們是心急人，所以如果你們更有耐性的話，你應該覺得快～），可能他們見到大家的feedback，現在都改進了吧！ 我好推薦這家Amazake啊，食物新鮮好吃，價錢不可以說是非常親民，但如果以同類食品比較，銅鑼灣的餐廳要貴一倍，所以我覺得性價比還算高，服務也不過不失！ 如果想知道更多comment，可以看看下面的vlog～～
At first when I read on Open Rice, quite a few people said that the service was too slow. I was worried at first, but the service time was spot on for us that day (we are quite impatient people, so if you are really patient, you probably think their service is fast~), maybe they saw the feedback and made an improvement? Anyway, I highly recommend Amazake to you, the food was fresh and delicious. I can’t say the prices are very affordable, but if I compare the same type of food, some restaurants in Causeway Bay charge a double, so I think the prices are reasonable. The service was adequate!
