尋找不致紅的積雪草：我的實測分享 (MY THOUGHTS)
積雪草 (Centella) 呢個成分主打舒緩同修復，相信大家都唔陌生。我自己曾經因為想追求退紅效果，試過市面上好多積雪草產品，但結果往往強差人意——佢哋一係對我完全冇效，一係反而令我塊面變得更紅、更敏感。

Because of its well-known soothing properties, I have tried many Centella products in the past. However, my skin actually reacts to most of them—they either do absolutely nothing, or they end up making my face red and irritated.
This SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule is one of the very rare Centella products that I can actually use without irritating my skin at all.
WATERY TEXTURE & MILD SOOTHING (TEXTURE & EFFICACY)
The texture is incredibly light, almost watery. It gets absorbed super quickly and leaves absolutely zero greasiness on the skin. But it’s not like applying “wind” either; you can feel that you have applied something, leaving a very light, comfortable layer on the surface. If you have oily or combination skin, you are going to love this weightless texture. Since I have dry skin, I find it just fairly hydrating, and I definitely need to follow up with something richer on drier days.
As for its soothing function, it is nice, though I wouldn’t say it’s the strongest or the quickest product I have used. It helps slowly fade and calm minor irritation or small patches of redness within a day or two. But for serious breakouts or major allergies, a stronger product would be needed.

One of the best things about this ampoule is its super affordable price point!
Because the CP value is so high and the texture is so watery, I love using it with my beauty devices. When you use a beauty device, you tend to use a lot more product. The lightweight texture doesn’t cause breakouts, and its friendly price tag means you don’t get a heart attack every time you use a generous amount!
