This is probably the most “me” outfit. It’s comfortable, it’s effortless and it’s causal. I guess when it’s 3x degree in Hong Kong, it makes sense for most of us to survive with the most simple style. What’s better than a tee and a pair of jeans? I tend to live in these the most in summer. Forgive me for not being too inspiring (outfit-wise) in this post, but it’s good to keep things down to earth from time to time, just to balance things up!

The tee looks familiar, right? I have it in green and I have been enjoying it so much this summer. It’s very light and airy, therefore, it’s a great buy for this unbearable summer. It comes in different colours too, and if I like something, I tend to buy them in “every” colour possible. That’s why I got the black one as well. Mind you, judging from the fabric, I think the white one could be quite see-through, if you don’t mind, that’s great. I thought I would mention it, just in case some of you are wondering. I just love the cap-sleeves and the cut of this tee, somehow, it makes me look leaner, which is always welcomed! LOL.
For the jeans, it’s a new addition to my wardrobe a few days ago. Ah, yes a haul could be coming your way on YouTube in early June. I am a fan of Paige Jeans for a few years. I own quite a few pairs of their denim and they are great. They are comfortable, they are stretchy and they are of a good fit. The reason why I really love them is simply because they are of great quality. They hug the body really well and they don’t slide off when you are walking. Also, most importantly, the knee parts are always tight fitted no matter how many times you squats (LOL – you know what I mean). Right, they are not exactly super affordable, but I still highly recommend them. I tend to “collect” 1-2 every year and now I think I have around 6-7 pairs. No regrets at all!! For all the ones that I previously got are more of a skinny fit, and I think I have enough of them to last me a lifetime, so this year, I opted for something different, something baggy and of a super light wash. This pair of Noella is wonderful because it’s of a lighter denim fabric so I don’t tend to get too hot in it. It still stretches and it’s of a boyfriend fit, so when I sweat, it doesn’t glue onto my legs – know what I mean?
These days after so much had passed, I find myself back here again typing away and enjoying every minute of it. It’s a joy that I hadn’t had for a long time and I am treasuring every second of it. Well, it’s rather hot to go outside take these outfit photos and sweat like an idiot; but when I get 1-2 good photos out of the 200 that we took, I am happy. I will try to give more varieties and switch up my style from time to time, just to challenge myself and step out of that comfort zone. Don’t be surprised if you feel that I dress differently or see the unusual me; I want to offer different content and it would be fun to break the “frame” from time to time, that’s all. xoxo
