之前係Facebook post左我係屋企無聊玩漬物既相. 我都估唔到原來有sis有興趣想玩下. 不如我好簡單講下點整丫. 如果你地有興趣整都可以試下:
(English: Last couple weeks I posted a photo on Facebook about my preserved food! Ha, very surprising some of you are interested of how to make them. Well, let me tell you how I make them in simple terms and if you are interested, you can try them out too!)
Vodka + Lemon
用料: Lemon x 1pc + Vodka x 400ml + Air-tight Jar x 1
Method:
1. 洗乾淨個lemon, 切片
2. 將切好片既lemon放係個air-tight jar入面
3. 倒400ml Vodka入個air-tight jar
4. “山”好air-tight jar個蓋
5. 放係陰涼地方兩個月
用法: 兩個月之後就可以將佢加coke飲. 夏天應該唔錯.
(English: Ingredients: Lemon x 1pc + Vodka x 400ml + Air-tight Jar x 1
Method:
1. Clean the lemon and slice it up
2. Put the sliced lemon into the air-tight jar
3. Pour 400ml vodka into the air-tight jar
4. Close the lid tightly
5. Place the jar in a cool place for 2 months
How to use: After 2 months, you could mix it with coke for drinking! It should be great in the summer time.)
Tomatoes + Olive Oil
用料: Tomatoes (我用車利tomatoes, 我用左兩大包, 用大個d tomatoes都得ga) + Olive Oil + Air-tight Jar x 1
Method:
1. 洗乾淨d tomatoes
2. 落少少olive oil係個鑊度炒下d tomatoes, 見到佢地d皮皺皺地就ok
3. 放張kitchen towel係個碟上面, 將d tomatoes放上去, 等d油被吸乾, 同埋等d tomatoes被風乾
4. 風乾之後將tomatoes放入個air-tight jar入面
5. 倒olive oil入個air-tight jar, 見到差唔多滿就停手
6. “山”好air-tight jar個蓋
7. 放係陰涼地方兩個星期
用法: 之後可以同多士一齊食或者用黎做salad都好好味.
(English: Ingredients: Tomatoes (I use the small cute ones, I use two packs, you can use the bigger ones) + Olive Oil + Air-tight Jar x 1
Method:
1. Clean the tomatoes
2. Stir-dry the tomatoes with some olive oil, when you see the skin start to get “wrinkles”, they are done
3. Put a piece of kitchen towel on the plate, put the tomatoes on top to get the oil absorbed and let them air dry
4. After air dried, put the tomatoes into the air-tight jar
5. Top up with olive oil
6. Close the lid tightly
7. Place the jar in a cool place for 2 weeks
How to use: After two weeks, you can have it with toast or use it as an ingredient in salads! Yummy!)
