首爾 Cafe 行程規劃：韓國地圖導航冷知識！出發前一定要裝呢個 App (SEOUL TRAVEL TRAVEL HACK)
去首爾自由行，除咗買化妝品護膚品之外，當然要去下佢哋啲爆紅 Cafe 啦！
不過出發前，我一定要同大家分享一個韓國旅遊超級重要嘅冷知識——去韓國千萬不要依賴 Google Maps！
因為韓國當地嘅地圖數據安全政策限制，Google Maps 喺韓國基本上係「半殘廢」狀態，好多新店根本搜尋唔到，位置唔準確之餘，導航路線亦經常指錯方向，分分鐘帶妳行冤枉路行到腳斷！
所以去首爾，妳一定要用 Naver Map！為咗方便大家，我下面介紹嘅三間必去 Cafe 都會附上 Naver Map 嘅專屬定位連結，大家可以直接點擊 save 底，去到首爾跟住去就絕對唔會行錯啦！
今日就同大家實測三間近期討論度極高嘅首爾 Cafe，有邊款係必食神物，又有邊款嘥咗我嘅卡路里 Quota？即刻拆解！

第一間要推薦嘅係成日大排長龍、萬眾期待嘅 Kokkili Bagel (코끼리베이グル)！
一入到去，見到密密麻麻、超級多唔同款式嘅 Bagel，真係直接實現「貝果自由」！其中最吸睛、最令網民瘋狂嘅絕對係佢哋個 Fresh Cream Bagel (鮮奶油貝果)，澎湃嘅忌廉厚度真係視覺效果極震撼！
不過，因為我當日好早去，空肚想食啲鹹嘢暖下肚，所以最終揀咗好基本嘅 Ham & Cheese Bagel (火腿芝士貝果)。
雖然只是最基礎嘅款式，但佢做得非常之好食！個 Bagel 本身好煙韌又有咬口，咸香味道恰到貼處。不過我下一次再去，一定會留肚試埋佢哋個 Fresh Cream，想知甜版可以有幾驚艷！

2. Instagram @cafe_layered 簡集係 Scone 控嘅天堂 🍓 (CAFE LAYERED)
如果妳係 Scone（英式鬆餅）控，去到 Cafe Layered (레이어드) 你真係會開心到原地尖叫！
一入店內，見到枱上面擺滿一盤盤精緻到好似藝術品一樣嘅 Scone，全部都極度精美，視覺效果真係 100 分，令人每一款都好想試！
不過，大熱產品往往伴隨住「中伏位」，今次我同朋友最終揀咗三款，以下是我的評價：
- 1️⃣ Fresh Cream Scone（鮮奶油鬆餅）：必食！好食！一定要食！ 💯 佢嘅鮮奶油極度滑溜香濃，個 Scone 濕潤度啱啱好，完全被呢個 Fresh Cream 驚豔到！大家去到點都要試呢款，係全店靈魂！
- 2️⃣ Layered Signature Scone（招牌原味鬆餅）：雷品警告！ 食落去口感竟然非常似普通麵包，完全冇 scone 應有嘅酥鬆口感。我食咗一口就覺得「真係浪費咗我珍貴嘅卡路里 Quota 🥲」！
- 3️⃣ Cranberry Scone（紅莓鬆餅）：表現相當穩陣，酸酸甜甜，口感正常，好食。

3. Instagram @joanddawson 點鹽食嘅神級 French Toast 🍞 (JO AND DAWSON)
最後一間，係我個人非常期待、以超鬆軟法式西多士爆紅嘅 Jo and Dawson (조앤도슨)。
呢間店喺同一條街其實有兩間分店，因為主店真係太多人、排隊排得太誇張，所以強烈建議大家去佢哋嘅副店——Jo and Dawson Tearoom！
副店最正嘅係可以remote排隊，而且同樣食到最出名嘅 French Toast，大家就唔使傻傻地企喺街邊吹風啦。
去到呢度，有幾點我一定要提醒大家，千萬不要踩坑：
- French Toast 係必食！ 佢做得非常非常之鬆軟，口感好似棉花糖一樣。最特別嘅係，佢會附上少少 Maldon 鹽 畀妳點住食！甜甜鹹鹹嘅味道直接將成個層次昇華到另一個境界，超級好食！
- Tearoom 只有茶，無咖啡！ 如果妳係重度咖啡癮、非咖啡不可嘅 Baby 就要留意啦，想飲咖啡一定要去主店，Tearoom 顧名思義只提供茶飲。
- 避雷提示：千萬不要點凍檸茶！ 🤣 飲落去根本係一杯好淡嘅「凍檸水」，冇乜茶味，可以慳返筆錢點其他茶。

When you are planning a trip to Seoul, besides stocking up on cosmetics and skincare, you absolutely have to check out their trending, viral cafes!
But before you jet off, I have to share a crucial South Korea travel hack with you—never rely on Google Maps when traveling in Korea!
Due to local geographic data security policies, Google Maps is practically a “broken” tool in South Korea. Many newly opened shops can’t be searched at all, locations are highly inaccurate, and the navigation routes often point you in the completely wrong direction. It will literally make you walk in endless circles until your legs feel like breaking!
So when you visit Seoul, you must use Naver Map! To make things super easy for you, I’ve included the exclusive Naver Map navigation links for all three must-visit cafes below. You can simply click and save them directly, so you’ll never get lost in Seoul!
Today, I’m doing a real-life test on three of Seoul’s most talked-about cafes. Which ones are absolute holy grail items, and which ones completely wasted my calorie quota? Let’s break it down!
1. Instagram @kokkilibagel: Achieving Pure Bagel Freedom 🥯 (KOKKILI BAGEL)
The very first recommendation is the highly anticipated, perpetual crowd-pleaser—Kokkili Bagel (코끼리베이글)!
The moment you walk in and see the endless, dense variety of bagels, you literally achieve “bagel freedom”! The most eye-catching one that drives netizens wild is definitely their Fresh Cream Bagel. The sheer, dramatic thickness of the fresh cream is visually breathtaking!
However, because I arrived very early that day and wanted some savory comfort food on an empty stomach, I ultimately opted for the classic Ham & Cheese Bagel.
Even though it was just a basic flavor, it was executed flawlessly! The bagel itself was incredibly chewy and had a wonderful bite, with the savory ham and cheese balanced perfectly. That said, when I return next time, I’m definitely leaving room in my stomach for that Fresh Cream version to see just how mind-blowing the sweet side can be!

2. Instagram @cafe_layered: A Heaven for Scone Lovers 🍓 (CAFE LAYERED)
If you are a scone enthusiast, walking into Cafe Layered (레이어드) will literally make you squeal with joy on the spot!
Upon entering, you’ll see tables covered in scones that are so beautifully presented they look like works of art. The visual presentation is easily a perfect 100 points, making you want to try every single flavor!
However, highly popular items often come with hidden traps. My friend and I ultimately picked three flavors, and here is my verdict:
- 1️⃣ Fresh Cream Scone: A non-negotiable must-eat! Absolutely delicious! 💯 The fresh cream is incredibly smooth, rich, and fragrant, and the scone has just the right amount of moisture. I was completely blown away by this Fresh cream! You must try this when you visit—it is the ultimate soul of the entire shop!
- 2️⃣ Layered Signature Scone: Major warning! The texture actually felt like ordinary bread, lacking any of the buttery, crumbly texture a proper scone should have. After just one bite, I thought, “This is a complete waste of my precious calorie quota 🥲!”
- 3️⃣ Cranberry Scone: A very safe, reliable performer. Sweet and tart, with a perfectly normal, delicious texture.

3. Instagram @joanddawson: Legendary French Toast Paired with Salt 🍞 (JO AND DAWSON)
The last stop is a place I was personally very excited about—Jo and Dawson (조앤도슨), which has gone viral for its ultra-soft French Toast.
There are actually two branches of this shop on the same street. Since the main shop is always packed and the queues are insanely long, I highly recommend heading to their sister branch instead—Jo and Dawson Tearoom!
The best part about the Tearoom is that you can queue remotely (remote line-up). You can still enjoy their famous French Toast without having to stand outside in the freezing wind.
Once you are there, here are a few things I must warn you about so you don’t step into any traps:
- The French Toast is a must-eat! It is incredibly soft, with a marshmallow-like texture. What makes it unique is that they serve it with a little bit of Maldon sea salt on the side! The sweet-and-savory combination instantly elevates the entire flavor profile to a whole new level. Absolutely delicious!
- The Tearoom only serves tea, no coffee! If you are a heavy coffee addict who can’t survive without an espresso, take note. You must go to the main shop if you want coffee; the Tearoom, true to its name, only serves tea.
- Avoid the Iced Lemon Tea at all costs! 🤣 It literally tastes like a very diluted glass of “iced lemon water” with almost no tea flavor. Save your money and order their other tea selections instead.
