今天想同大家分享一款在韓國網上非常熱賣、紅到不行，令我無法不試的爆款面膜——Abib Heartleaf Fit 弱酸性魚腥草面膜。
大家都知道，我很喜歡試新東西，特別是那種在 Olive Young 長期霸榜的產品，總會覺得「如果不試是不是我有問題？會不會錯過了好東西？」。於是，我抱著極高的期望入手了這款主打「魚腥草舒緩」的面膜。
但用完之後，我必須老實告訴大家：我對它有點失望。 🥲
Abib 魚腥草面膜好用嗎？(My Honest Verdict)
為了方便大家快速判斷，我總結了它的優缺點：

為何我不推薦給敏感肌？(Why it failed)
這款面膜主打 魚腥草 (Heartleaf) 成分，大家都知道魚腥草的主要功效是消炎、鎮靜和舒緩。但實測之後，我覺得它在我臉上的功效，跟普通保濕面膜完全沒有分別。
- 消炎效果無感： 我看不到它有任何額外的消炎功能。敷完之後，皮膚只是覺得保濕了，但這些效果普通的保濕面膜都能做到。
- 退紅測試失敗： 有兩天我的臉有點泛紅 (比較粉紅的狀態)，我特意敷它想退紅。結果敷完之後，泛紅完全沒有減淡過！
- 對敏感爆發無效： 有一天我額頭位置有點敏感，敷完之後，敏感狀況也是完全沒有改善。
結論：值不值得買？
- 如果你只想要保濕： 它是合格的。敷完皮膚會水潤、明亮，第二天妝感也會貼服一點。但既然這樣，為什麼不買同系列的 Aqua Fit (保濕款) 或者其他純保濕面膜呢？
- 如果你想要舒緩敏感： 不推薦 (Not Recommended)。既然它是主打「魚腥草消炎」，我就期望它能幫我舒緩敏感、退紅。但在這一點上，它在我的臉上是未能達標的。

如果你是衝著「舒緩敏感」去買這款面膜的 Baby，我建議你可以再考慮一下，或者尋找其他更有效的舒敏產品 (例如我之前推薦過的 Beauty of Joseon 積雪草面膜)。

【English Version】Abib Heartleaf Fit Mask Review: Is it Worth the Hype?

Today I want to share my thoughts on a Korean sheet mask that has been incredibly viral and hot online—the Abib Mild Acidic pH Sheet Mask (Heartleaf Fit).
As you know, I love trying new products, especially those best-sellers at Olive Young. I always have this FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) feeling: “If I don’t try it, am I missing out on something amazing?” So, with very high expectations, I bought this mask which claims to be soothing with Heartleaf extract.
But after using it, I have to be honest with you: I am quite disappointed. 🥲
Is Abib Heartleaf Mask Good? (My Honest Verdict)
Here is a quick summary of my experience to help you decide:

Why I Don’t Recommend it for Sensitive Skin (Why it failed)
This mask features Heartleaf, an ingredient known for its anti-inflammatory, calming, and soothing properties. However, after testing it, I felt that its effect on my skin was no different from a basic hydrating mask.
- No Soothing Effect: I didn’t see any extra anti-inflammatory benefits.
- Failed Redness Test: On days when my face was slightly red (pinkish), I used this mask hoping to calm it down. The result? The redness did not fade at all after 20 minutes!
- No Help for Sensitivity: One day I had some sensitivity on my forehead. After using this mask, the sensitivity showed zero improvement.
Conclusion: Should you buy it?
- If you just want Hydration: It passes the test. Your skin will feel hydrated and bright. But honestly, why not just buy the Aqua Fit version or any other hydrating mask?
- If you want Soothing/Calming: Not Recommended. Since this is marketed as a “Heartleaf Soothing” mask, I expected it to help with sensitivity. On that front, it simply failed to deliver on my skin.
Hakme’s Advice:
If you are looking to buy this specifically for soothing sensitivity, I suggest you reconsider or look for other effective soothing products instead (like the Beauty of Joseon Centella Mask I recommended before).
